We recommend avoiding heavy meals for at least 60 minutes before your massage to ensure you can lie comfortably and your body can focus on relaxation rather than digestion.

Most guests feel deeply relaxed. However, after deep tissue work, you may feel slight “healing soreness” for a day or two—this is normal. We recommend drinking plenty of water afterward to help your body recover.

For traditional Thai massages, we provide loose-fitting, comfortable cotton clothing. For oil-based massages, you will be asked to undress to your comfort level (we provide disposable undergarments if preferred) and will be professionally draped with towels throughout the session.

If you need deep relief for tight muscles, we recommend our Deep Tissue or Sport Massage. For general relaxation and stress relief, our Aroma Therapy or Oil Massage is a perfect choice. If you’re unsure, our staff can help you decide when you arrive!
