We wrapped up our participation in the Samui Global Wellness Week today with a visit to the stunning Centara Reserve Samui on Chaweng Beach. It has been such an inspiring three days of movement, mindfulness, and community connection across our beautiful island.
The afternoon was packed with wonderful wellness experiences. From the Wellness Market and beach yoga to the energetic Jump Dance and Aqua Aerobics, it was a perfect celebration of health and local culture.
It is always a privilege to see Koh Samui’s wellness community come together in such a meaningful way in support of Global Wellness Day. A huge thank you to the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the team at Centara Reserve Samui, and all the organizers for putting together such a fantastic event. We leave today feeling energized and more motivated than ever to continue bringing wellness to our clients in Mae Nam.
